Why does the color yellow and red mean on your ovaries when doing a pelvic ultra sound?

The colors: Are the doppler flow portion of the study. The red, yellow, and blue colors signify the direction of blood flow. It tells us how the veins and arteries are working as related to whether the blood is flowing towards the probe or away from the probe.
