What does yellow and red over an ovary in an ultra sound mean?

Normal doppler : This is a normal finding showing blood flow around the ovary. The color confirms flow by the ultrasound. If there was no blood flow the concern for a twisted , torsion, ovary would be high particularly if you were having pain.
