Overtraining effect heart 53y/o walking 25-27 hr week @ 20 min miles maybe 60-85 miles a week (have been doing this 3 years) not really breaking a sweat and i am more sedentary when at home for rest of the day is this bad or overtraining heart?

You're not sweating so most likely your heart does not overwork. I would say you will get more cardiovascular benefits with brisk walking (one mile for 12-15 minutes) with much less walking time. Good luck.

I agree that you're not over stressing your heart, but in time overuse of muscles,bones and joints may show up.
