Possible fatty liver: Your blood sugar is borderline high. If you have high triglycerides (>150), low HDL (130/85) and are overweight, you likely have "metabolic syndrome". This is also associated with fatty liver, that can cause high liver enzymes. Your TSH is also mildly high. This should be repeated with a free T4 level.
