You have not described the symptoms, there are other genital issues including infections that may mimic UTI. You are better off getting a primary doctor so you could follow up on things appropriately rather than the inadequate follow up you are getting at urgent care centers. It is important to know the report of the urine culture then it is easier to make sure you are on right antibiotics.

You may be better off by consulting a urologist. He/she may.obtain an uncontaminated urine specimen for you, even if by catheterization if necessary. After months of discomfort it's time for an accurate diagnosis & appropriate treatment, if it's needed.
