Urinalysis for uti came back with bilirubin 1+, ketones 3+, spec grav 1.030, protein 1+ and leukocytes 1+. i saw urgent care they prescribed antibiotics but insisted i follow up with my primary doctor, whats going on could it be anything serious?

Urgent care is not enough. Follow up is essential. You may want to see your Gynecologist in addition to your Primary Care Physician to be sure.

Seems your urine was concentrated from not drinking enough water. Please do so and get anothe test after that
