A member asked:

What are some natural ways to lower crp and sed rate if one is overweight and possibly has an autoimmune disorder (sjogren's) and/or cfs/me?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

CRP and sed rate are changes brought about many conditions or illnesses -and that has to be treated to correct both test results. It is always good to get rid of overweight for general health. The possibility of autoimmune diseases should be explored - if found, then treated to try to normalize the test - if the illness is causing it
