Can oral lichenoid reaction/oral lichen elevate sed rate and c reactive protein to 32 and 7.41 in a 50 year old male? these are repeat labs-ones from 2 months ago were 30 and 6.8. autoimmune lab work up negative. what other work-up should be done?

No. Lichen planus (or lichenoid reaction) is not a likely cause of elevated inflammatory markers. Your erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR, "sed rate") is moderately high. Your CRP is high normal, depending you lab's standards. Keep working with your doctor, expecting detailed medical history, complete physical exam, and other basic blood work like CBC and blood chemistry panel. Good luck.
