Mild pain under rib cage, above stomach when i move or stretch and when i take deep breaths. first happened while i was sitting, after i finished eating a big din. happened in evening carried on to next day. home remedies? treatments? is it serious?

This is likely a musculoskeletal issue-it could be a pulled muscle, a cartilage inflammation problem, etc. You should start by resting the area as much as possible-don’t lift anything heavy or do anything that increases the discomfort. Apply heat to the area and a topical, like BenGay, may also be helpful. Then, slowly stretch the area and see if this alleviates the discomfort. Good luck!
