A member asked:

What could be the cause of feeling cold even when it's warm, with mild chest pains and mild shortness of breath and body pains. i had covid in july, it was mild but post covid has been hell for me. dizziness, headaches, feeling cold. treatment?

Post Covid symptoms are frequently associated with inflammation in lungs and heart. B12 and Vitamin D supplements should help. Deficiency of D is epidemic in Africa. Vaccination had been shown to help symptoms of long Covid. Gentle exercise, and good positioning during sleep, even trying face down rest may also help depending on lung changes. If possible, get EKG and medical evaluation.

The symptoms are all probably related to Covid and with luck will slowly resolve. Good Luck
