Caring for a new baby can be very exhausting and ongoing lack of sleep can really affect our mood and ability to function. It sounds like you are need of some help. Is the baby's father in the picture and able to help? Having a trusted family member, friend or neighbor help you on a regular basis watch the baby while you sleep may be a good place to start.
