Cea/ca19-9 normal, ctscan shows 6cm mass on pancreas head encasing major blood vessels but eus finds no clear mass but haziness around pancreas & duodenum thats more like inflammation, could be groove pancreatitis? fna no malignancy.2nd opinion pls?

What was the indication of CT of the abdomen in the first place? If EUS and FNA are negative, pancreatic cancer is almost ruled out and I wonder what the FNA finding was. If you have history of chronic pancreatitis, it could be a case of mass-forming chronic pancreatitis, usually present in the pancreatic head. Good luck.
