NO you cannot fix this your self, go to an ER for an MRI and take it from there.

You likely have sustained an orbital ridge fracture, and need to be seen at an Urgent Care Center or an Emergency Dept. Likely a facial bone X-ray can confirm the extent of damage. This needs expert care. You lack the expertise to deal with this independently!
