How do you feel?: I understand your daughter is shorter than she wants. What does her pediatrician say? What is your and your spouse's staure? Others in the family? Anybody like she was at her age? If she is clearly under the growth curve norms then, has she had thyroid and other hormonal testing done? Are her 2nd sexual characteristics on track for her age or delayed as well? A good endocrine workup may help.

Pediatric endocrinol: not gaining hight during pubertal years, part of the workup is determination of bone age, but other parameters need to be dealt with, puberty is a complex process with several systems interacting, your daughter need to be evaluated thoroughly by a pediatric endocrinologist or a Pediatrician who has expertise with such cases, good luck
