For the past few days i've been getting some on and off very minor pelvic pains, no other symptom except maybe a feeling of having to pee a little more often, no burning when peeing, is this ovarian cancer? nervous?

Your pelvic symptoms are non specific but not uncommon at all and they have nothing to do with the deadly ovarian cancer. You should not lose your sleep with that thought.
