?Bladder infection: Your symptoms are more like those from infection of the urinary bladder(Cystitis). You need to see a doctor to get your urine checked and take an antibiotic for bladder infection. Ovarian cancer is not likely cause of your present symptoms. You should not worry about Cancer at this young age...at least not until your get into your 50s!

Gas pain started a month ago. very acute/ intense. Now improved but still excess. stinging in lower pelvis/ one ovary now several weeks. no bloat/normal bowel/normal urination. period normal (maybe a bit light). can ovarian cancer present this way?
