A member asked:

Can ovarian cancer cause my urine to be bloody?

Should not: Ovarian cancer does not cause blood in the urine. However, if the ovarian cancer is locally advancing into the bladder, then blood may be seen in the urine visible to the eye or detected by a urinalysis.

Ovarian Cancer: Blood in the urine - hematuria - need not be related to the cancer, but a significant proportion of cancer sufferers experience hematuria. Either way, hematuria should be immediately investigated by your oncology team.
