You have a viral upper respiratory infection, covid-19 infection can't be ruled out. You can take advil OTC for headache and sore throat for a couple days (take with foods), nasal inhaler for nose congestion and put a humidifier next to your bed. Those symptoms, covid-19 infection or not, should resolve after 5 days. See a doctor or urgent care if shortness of breath, high fever +/- chest pain.

This may very well be a covid infection. Can you test? Treatment is largely supportive with isolation, resting, drinking loads of fluids, taking tylenol, gargling with warm salt water, use of lozenges. Dayquil may better relieve nasal congestion& cough. Isolate from others until you go 24-48 hours without symptoms. At your age you should do well but notify your MD as needed.
