I have normal hgb and ferritin but rbc indices seem a little low mcv 84.2, mchc 32.3 and mch 27.2. i am on escitilopram, pregabalin, atrovastatin and tamsulosin would they contribute?

No, those medications do not affect red cell size but likely you have microcytosis due to trait thalassemia. If that is the case, your total red blood cell count is often in the high limit of normal range or slightly above normal range. There is nothing to concern about this relatively common hereditary disease. Take care.
