I have a very small pea sized lamp that doesn't move and when i press on it it almost feels sharp in my shoulder muscle. it is painful if i press on it and with certain movements and if i lay on it in certain ways. it's very slightly visible?

A lipoma or a simple cyst shouldn't be tender. Although your tiny lesion is most likely benign, a physician,dermatologist or surgeon will have to inspect it in order to advise you.
