Diagnosis accurately: Any idea what caused this? Typically, we don't see serious shoulder problems in otherwise healthy 24 y.o. men. It appears you are developing a "frozen" shoulder, although there is always the possibility of a rotator cuff injury/tendinitis. The treatment is to establish the correct diagnosis, steroid injections, PT and lots of (correctly done) stretching and strengthening. See an orthopod!
