Instead of living on antibiotics and worrying about complications, see a dentist for treatment in order to save your tooth. Your too young to be losing any of your teeth. Don't treat yourself, seek professional help.

I will assume that you are under the care of your local dentist and taking the prescribed antibiotics to minimize the infection so that the tooth can be treated. Referred pain from a tooth abscess is not uncommon. Failure to treat can result in the infection spreading.

Why don't you see Dentist who will treat the tooth, or refer you to the appropriate specialist. At that point if the sinus pain goes away, you will know there was an association. Treat the disease (infection) not the symptom(sinus pain). Until a Dentist treatise, the infection will continue to spread. You've asked the same question many times and keep getting the same answer, see a Dentist.
