Always best to follow-up with the doctor who ordered the CT scan. Then you can go over the symptoms you are having and develop a plan for your care. Waiting it out only allows you to possibly miss things that could be important.

Episodic headaches are common with incidental minor to moderate head trauma for up to two weeks. By itself, with normal past studies & evaluation I would ride it out.
