Ask your HCP: For a specific answer to your situation you should discuss with your health care provider. As a general rule patients with a concussion are asked to "rest their brain", This allows the injured cells to recuperate. Some activities involving concentration and the like may trigger symptoms depending on the severity of the concussion. A gradual return to normal is based on symptoms. Timing varies

Variable recocery: In football or hockey, a concussion can remove players for up to 4-6 weeks. Unclear how severe your’s was. Have your doctor advise when to drive

Maybe yes, maybe no: Just because your head CT was normal does not mean there wasn't some significant damage. Your reaction times may be off. your reasoning can be impaired, your processing time in general can be slower. All of these things can lead down the road of impaired driving. Absolutely have your doctor or a neurologist make recommendation as to when you can safely drive both day and night.

No: CT scans are almost always normal with a concussion. You need to see a physician to make sure you have no signs of post concussion syndrome . This can affect processing information, memory and ability to do routine tasks.
