See a doctor: No one can tell you what will happen without guessing. You need to see your doctor who may order some tests. If you still have problems after three weeks you should be examined.

Yes: These symptoms may take a while to resolve. Stay in followup with a neurologist or neurosurgeon for this and seek immediate care for any new or worsening symptoms. Ear ache may need an ENT specialist evaluation.

I hit my head on a ceramic sink near the mastoid area. A week after I went to the doctor had a CT scan which came back normal with mild concussion. I still feel headaches and dizziness.
My 3 year old son is complaining of headache and eye sensitivity. There is no fever, no nasuae no vomiting no ear ache or severe sinus. There is no sign of a head injury or a concussion his pupils also dialates according to light exposure.
