High platelet. how do i know if its primary or secondary i have high platelet at 425 im worried?

Your platelets would be borderline high for the upper limit of normal at 400K, normal for 450 K. Majority of mild thrombocythemia cases are secondary to infections or bleeding among others, work up under the care of a hematologist may help clarify.
