No worry needed: This is not a problem that you need to worry about. High platelets alone mean nothing.

39yrs old Ive had Neutropenia since birth. Went to the emergency room Saturday for extreme anemia hgb 7.8 & platelets was low 116k/ul had a CBC done yesterday my platelets dropped to 100k/ul hgb is the same. Could my levels be a sign for leukemia?
In 2016 my CBC mild anemia with HGB @ 11.9 and slightly low everything else, but RDW @ 15.1. Now, 2019 and my cbc shows HGB @ 8.7, much lower everything else, but high RDW @ 17.1.. Also my iron saturation is 4 w/ high TIBC & UIBC. Is this dangerous?
