You would need to have your foot examined to determine what the pinholes are before a treatment could be recommended. You should see a foot doctor to have this evaluated and then a treatment could be determined. Best of luck to you!

One possible cause is going barefoot a lot. This causes a condition called pitted keratolysis. If it goes untreated the pits can band together and form larger holes. I recommend consulting a podiatrist for evaluation & advice. You may be given a prescription for an antibacterial ointment to apply& be told to air out your feet more.
