Around 5 days ago i think i got avirus or something from my roommate, who was better after a day. had sore throat, dizzy headache, eyes hurt, got slightly dizzy immediately from screen light, eyes teared, exhausted, runny nose. ideas? still sick abit?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. It may be a common cold, mild covid or influenza. If you are not improving, it would be prudent to see a doctor. You and your roommate have different genetics and immune responses and are not expected to respond similarly. Wish you good health!
