Not worried: Just cautious. If the headache continuously worsens or your visious starts to blurr or you start vomiting or your mentation changes or you balance then you should go to the er. Meanwhile put ice on the hit to the head. Aoou can take whatever you have at home for the headache and that would be fine too.
