I am sorry but your question does not make sense. Why do you need IV glucose if your glycemia above 130 most of the time although it may drop at times and I wonder how you get IV glucose if not from ER or from a paramedic. IV glucose is indicated when you have symptomatic hypoglycemia, most of the time it happens when glycemia drops below 40 or below 60 if you are a diabetic on medications(s).

You definitely need help as it seems there is a variety of conditions more or less understood and significant anxiety. Your main doc, primary care or specialist, if having one will be best to coordinate, you do not have to self treat, but need a good plan going forward.
