I have hard time standing up, have a cold sweat and hard time breathing, my hemoglobin is 9, hematocrit 30, i have tachycardia and my glucose is above 150 (non diabetic) can severe anemia be causing these symptoms?

You have moderate to severe anemia which can be the cause of those described symptoms EXCEPT anemia does not cause high glucose. A glucose above 150, even not fasting, is consistent with diabetes mellitus or glucose intolerance unless you have repeated fasting glucose level of less than 100 or HbA1c of 5.7 or lower. You need to see an internist for the best care.
