I had 2 infected premolars that developed a hard ball (cysts?) thru bone i could feel at the base of the gum.maxillo missed the roots and had to go in a 2nd time for the roots. i think cyst sacks werent extracted so do i need another intervention?

If the teeth and roots were completely removed and the cyst tissue curetted out, than no more intervention need. Take your antibiotics and follow post extraction instructions. An x-ray in a few weeks will be conclusive.
