Possibly: Not knowing what type of cyst it was, and whether it was benign or malignant, it's difficult to give you an accurate answer. Hopefully you had it biopsied. The biopsy report will tell what it was and what the likelihood is of it returning. It's common for a bone replacement graft to be done in an area like this to fill in the hole in the bone previously occupied by the cyst.
