Probably not: It depends upon what kind of cyst. Check with the doctor that removed it.

It shouldn't: Given that it is a benign cyst, it should not recur especially if the cavity is filled.

Maybe: It depends what it was. If it was actually a cyst and it was removed properly, the chances of it returning are small.

Possibly: Not knowing what type of cyst it was, and whether it was benign or malignant, it's difficult to give you an accurate answer. Hopefully you had it biopsied. The biopsy report will tell what it was and what the likelihood is of it returning. It's common for a bone replacement graft to be done in an area like this to fill in the hole in the bone previously occupied by the cyst.
