I had kidney stone surgery this past wednesday. apparently i passed the stone so no stent was placed. just dont understand why i am having so much spasms and my stomach is swollen. how long does it take to resolve itself?

All surgery has inherent complications and one has to ask which approach was used to access and break down the stone (s) so that they could pass. By swollen stomach are you referring to your abdomen?? Call you doctor right away and ask for their advice.

Depending on the procedure performed and its duration you canhave these symptoms. It should go away in 2-3 days . If not pl see your Urologist for exam.
