Ureteral stent: I'm confident that the stent has little to do with "swollen eyes". It is certainly true that stents can cause significant discomfort. I'm sure that you will be happy to get it out.

No connection...: Based on what I have known and experienced, ureteral stone removal+stenting should have no direct connection with eye swelling. Nonetheless, i hope the eye swelling you referred to is getting better day by day. Best wish...
