I am 17 years old. i want to know why my eye is twitching from last several hours after some short intervals?

Most likely, you possess orbital myokymia, which is benign and self-limited. Some causes include eye strain, fatigue, emotional stressors, electrolyte imbalance, etc. See an eye specialist if this persists for several days.
