You may have orbital myokymia which usually is benign and self-limited and associated with fatigue, eye strain, stress, etc. But the persistence over 3 months is unusual and now you are noting lip involvement. Potentially, therefore, this could be facial myokymia, and if so, this does need investigation. Perhaps a neurologist can examine this and provide some therapeutic intervention.
