Eliquis' efficacy is not measured by blood tests including the ones you mentioned. However they can be prolonged during its peak effect which is 3 hours after taking a dose. I don't think you have to be concerned if your tests were low while on eliquis. You are protected and, I believe, even with valvular AFib. Your personal Doc can advise you best,though.
