Eliquis is typically dosed twice a day with the most common dose being 5 or 2.5 mg twice a day depending on the condition being treated or prophylaxed and specific patient circumstances ( kidney function/ age, etc). Your current prescriber would be best to make formal recommendations as to adjusting doses.
