Can petechiae, unexplained bruises, light rectal bleeding, and heavy periods be indicative of vwd or clotting disorder? had 3 normal cbc's, normal pt/ptt/inr. doctor referred me to hematologist for suspected vwd. wasn't sure if vwd can cause petechia?

Absolutely vWD has many subtypes. Some cause virtually no abnormal bleeding at all, some cause bleeding only when “stressed” (taking aspirin, after period or delivery, after cut or surgery) and some (very uncommon) cause spontaneous bleeding- including into skin. Need Hematology evaluation
