I've got a large solitary cystic looking nodule on my thyroid that needs a biopsy and pressing on windpipe. my tft blood test was in normal range. could it be anything bad? also front lower neck swollen?

Could be and biopsy will tell. It is most likely a goiter. Do you get enough iodine by eating iodized salt or bread made with it?
