My bilirubin level year ago was 18 umol/l which was normal range of less than 20. moved to a different city and have exact same result of 18 umol/l but this city has a lower reference range of 17 max so now this is not normal??? is this a concern?

Had Bilirubin range between 12 - 18 umol/L 3 tests prev 10 yrs. In past year have had results of 25. 19 and 21 in that order. All elevated with zero symptoms + all liver tests normal. If Gilberts why not higher on prev tests? Should I worried?
