Yes. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. The rise from 0.4 to 1.2 is concerning. A level of 1.2 by itself would not be a concern if that were your stable level. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

Total Bilirubin level of 1.2 is slightly bordrline high.We need to know how much is Direct and indirect Bilirubin.If all other tests including Liver Enzymes are normal and normal Ultrasound.No treatment is needed at this time and the blood test be tepeated in three months.Gilbert Syndrome which is present at Birth is usually diagnosed in teenage years or in twenties.
