Hi i recently had a bilirubin result of 8.2 umol/l which is well in the range but the last time i did one a few months before at the same time of day and that was a lot lower . is it normal to fluctuate throughout the day ? what can cause this ?

Yes, bilirubin level varies a lot between tests so you are fine as long as the result is still in normal range (5.1 to 17.1 micromol/L)
