Can it be sciatica, still have middle and lower back pain after a fall onto back on stairs 7months ago, have instant back pain when i reach above my head, gets numbness and tingling in legs and groin?

Your symptoms are not consistent with sciatica. You should see an orthopedist or a neurologist for a correct diagnosis. Good luck.

See your doctor, and get examined. You may need updated imaging to assess vertebral fracture or herniated disc.. In your case, a delay could result in distinct deterioration.
