The value you posted are not concerning the MPV describes the size of your platelets and sometimes there is a technical mistake is why other parameters like the number of platelets is also looked at. The platelets act to protect the body from bleeding. The ALT is an enzyme from the liver and when it is high may indicate inflammation in the liver which is not what you have.

Ebv capsid ab IgG 1:580. Positive ccp antibody igg, sed rate, high RDW and mpv on cbc.Liiver alt, AST elevated. Any ideas?
