Possible UTI: WBC in the urine possibly suggest urinary tract infection..urine culture is needed. The rest of the abnormalities are nonspecific and require thorough exam and to follow the trend and see how they going particually the ALT. Slightly raised co2 is not usually a problem.

Spleen mildly enlarged 13cm CT. CMP,CBC all nml except mild iron deficiency. Scared of lymphoma. Doc said not concerned. WBC platelets nml-no symptoms, feel fine.. Thoughts?
