Been on zoloft 50mg for anxiety for 3 weeks. also prescribed 1mg ativan for anxiety related insomnia 1 pill at night. been taking 1mg ativan each night for about 2 weeks. want to just take as needed. can i just stop or taper? dr didnt seem concerned?

The Ativan is a low dose and it has only been 2 weeks so you should be ok switching to as needed. If you want to be cautious, you could take the Ativan every other night for a week and then change to as needed. Best of luck to you!
