Because you take zoloft every day and ativan as needed so it does not matter the time you take ativan because you have to take it when you have anxiety, the interaction is always there because of daily zoloft dose. Risk of fall is high at you age when taking this combination and you should not drive or operate machinery after taking ativan on top of zoloft and you should not drink.
